Liberty Church Planting Network is a network of pastors and churches, partnering together to plant new churches in the United States and around the world. LCPN was founded in 1980 by Dr. Jerry Falwell and has since supported thousands of church planters worldwide!

At its core, LCPN exists to fulfill the Great Commission that Jesus gave his disciples before ascending to heaven.

Matthew 28:18-20 (ESV)
“And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.’”

Our focus is to TRAIN, SHEPHERD, and FUND church planters as they seek to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the local church, here in the U.S. and around the world.

A distinctive part of LCPN is training and endorsing chaplains for the US Military. This arm of LCPN is called the Liberty Baptist Fellowship (LBF).

LCPN closely partners with Liberty University to train future church planters and ministry leaders. This strategic partnership allows us to build relationships with students who are pursuing God’s calling to plant churches, providing the training, shepharding, and funding they need.

LCPN also partners with an organization called The Timothy Initiative (TTI) to train church planters in Africa & Asia. Through this partnership, over 200 churches have been planted in Africa and more than 200 churches have been planted in Asia this year.
