Church Planting with LCPN

If you desire to plant a church, LCPN may want to partner with you. With LCPN, church planters have the opportunity to come alongside established churches and experienced leaders who will provide the training, shepharding, and funding they need.

Before a candidate can become an LCPN church planter, the senior/lead pastor must successfully go through a 5 to 6 month assessment process. During the assessment process, LCPN will focus on building a relationship with the candidate and his family. A series of online assessments and profiles will be scored objectively that will help determine if the candidate has the characteristics needed to be a successful church planter. An extensive interview process where the Board has the opportunity to get to know the candidate and the vision for the church plant must take place. LCPN wants to know about your background, your plans, your strategy and wants to help you evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, to make specific recommendations regarding your readiness and potential in planting.
