Planter Application

To start the application process for church planting with LCPN, follow the steps below:

  • Submit the LCPN Planter Application below. Be sure to submit the following documents as “attachments” at the bottom of the application:
    • Recent family photo
    • Current family budget
    • Ordination certificate
    • Demographic report about the area in which you wish to plant (or are planting) the church and explain why you chose this area. This would include a survey of the community, listing the status of the population, growth rate projections, business and industry, and residential growth and development. Also include a survey of existing local churches with pastors’ names within a one-mile radius of where you will be meeting.
    • List of 50-100 personal prayer supporters
  • Submit the free Church Planter Assessment from ChurchPlanterProfiles.com (when finished, choose LCPN as your church planting agency).
  • Submit the following documents by mail. See Contact pagefor mailing address.
    • Transcripts
    • Giving records to your current church in the past 18 months
    • Personal doctrinal statement
